Texas Franchise Tax Forms

To prepare ANNUAL and INITIAL reports originally due prior to January 1, 1992, use the following forms:

Form 05-102 Texas Franchise Tax Public Information Report
Form 05-149 Texas Corporation Franchise Tax Report (For Years 1991 and Prior)
Form 05-357 Instructions for Completing Franchise Tax Reports (For reports due before January 1, 1992)

To prepare a FINAL franchise tax report, use the following forms:

Form 05-139 Texas Final Corporation Franchise Tax Report for non-Texas corporations and limited liability companies that ended their existence before November 2, 2007
Form 05-365 Instructions for Completing the Final Franchise Tax Report Due January 1, 1992 or Later
