Property Value Study Protest Forms
A link to each of the four forms the Comptroller provides in connection with filing a petition to protest the findings of the Property Value Study are located within the four bullets below. The first two bullets — one to the three-page set of instructions and the other to the Part A petition form — each contain a link to forms which are in PDF format. The second two bullets — to the Part B Schedule and the Part C Evidence Cover Sheet — each contain a link to forms which are in Microsoft Word.
The PDF format forms include graphics, fillable form fields, scripts and functionality that work best with the free Adobe Reader. While other browsers and viewers may open these files, they may not function as intended unless you download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader.
