Property Value Study Protest Forms

If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need to download the latest version to view, fill and print the forms.

The form below (50-761) is not required, but may be used to request documents related to the Property Value Study (PVS). Prior to requesting documents, you may wish to view the PVS information and documents that are posted on our website. Posted documents include CAD Summary Worksheets, CAD Productivity Values, and Index Calculations for appraisal districts and School District Summary Worksheets, Deduction Detail reports, Confidence Interval Detail reports, Stratified Ratio Detail reports, Field Studies Category Worksheets, ISD Productivity Values, Utilities Category Worksheets, and Minerals Category Worksheets for school districts. The Property Value Study and Self Reports website includes documents for the most recent PVS as well as historical data.

review board.

Your taxing units can answer questions about tax rates and tax bills.
