Comptroller's Report
The Comptroller’s Property Tax Division (PTD) has published the 2002 edition of the Texas Property Tax Code. It contains all the amendments to the Code made by the Legislature as well as annotated summaries of court cases and attorney general opinions issued since the previous edition.
The Code’s price is $8. Each appraisal district, county, city, school district, and special district may receive one free copy. The PTD mailed appraisal districts and county tax offices their free copy. Cities, school district, and special districts may use the order form to request their free copy.
