Notes on Appraisal District Study Summary
For each property category, the summary includes the median appraisal ratio, the coefficient of dispersion [COEFF DISP], the percentage of observations within 10 percent of the median [%OBS(±)10%MD], the percentage of observations within 25 percent of the median [%OBS(±)25%MD] and the price-related differential [PRICE REL DIF]. These indicators are discussed on pages 10-13 of this book.
Potter and Randall Counties are consolidated into a single appraisal district. The results appear under "Potter-Randall Appraisal District."
