Tax Code Section 5.07 provides that the Texas Comptroller shall prescribe the contents of all forms necessary for the administration of the property tax system. Various other Tax Code Sections require a form to be adopted by Texas Comptroller rule or prescribed by the Texas Comptroller.

The list of the adopted, prescribed and model forms below indicates the form's number, the Texas Comptroller's rule section if adopted by rule, and the number of pages for that form.
