Land Cost Schedules
Below are some examples of land cost schedules developed by different appraisal districts around the statement. They provide varied examples of how these types of cost schedules, used in appraising land, can be created. These schedules examples are not comprehensive, but meant only as representative samples for an appraisal district considering developing their own schedules. The information contained in the schedules apply only to specific market areas in specific appraisal districts during a particular year and cannot be accurately used by property owners attempting to estimate the value of their property.
