Reappraisal Plans For Tax Years 2013 & 2014

Below are all the adopted reappraisal plans submitted by appraisal districts to PTAD for tax years 2013 and 2014. Appraisal districts are required to adopt a reappraisal plan every two years according to Tax Code 25.18, which outlines the requirements of a reappraisal plan. Appraisal districts may take different approaches in complying with these requirements and a review of the plans can provide appraisal districts with different planning options. Appraisal districts can use these plans as examples to assist them in future development of reappraisal plans for their jurisdictions.
