2016 Call Tips and Peak Schedules

We're here to help! Tax Assistance's regular hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, CST. Check our list of toll-free numbers to find the one that applies to you.

Our call volume is typically lowest from 8 to 10 a.m. and from 4 to 5 p.m., which may help you plan the best time to contact our office. Having your 11-digit taxpayer number ready will also help us better assist you with your account.

Every call is important and we are committed to assisting you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that call volume can be very high during peak tax filing periods:

Tax Assistance 2016 Peak Calling Periods Tax Filings

May 9 - 17 Annual Franchise Tax Peak
July 14 - 20 Quarterly, Monthly Sales Tax Peak
October 13 - 20 Quarterly, Monthly Sales Tax Peak
