911 Emergency Service Fee
The 911 emergency service fee is collected by telecommunications service providers at a rate of $.50 per month for each local exchange access line or equivalent local exchange access line, as defined in Commission on State Emergency Communications (CSEC) Rule 255.4.

Rates
$.50 per month for each local exchange access line or equivalent local exchange access line.
Due Date
Monthly - 30th day following the end of the month in which the fee or surcharge was collected.
Filing Requirements
If in the preceding fiscal year, you paid:
- less than $10,000 - You may use any available reporting and payment methods available for this tax or fee. While electronic filing is not required, this option is encouraged.
- $10,000 or more - Please use the guidelines below to determine your specific reporting and payment requirements.
The state fiscal year begins September 1 and ends on August 31.
