The Office of Vehicle Fleet Management (OVFM) is a component of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts located within the State Central Services Building.
Note: Visitors to Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) and Property Tax Division should have appointments scheduled in advance with personnel in these areas and proceed to the third floor of the Central Services Building. A phone will be available to contact the person they are meeting.
