The map for Region M includes the counties of Cameron, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, Maverick, Starr, Webb, Willacy and Zapata. The map also includes the location of the Rio Grande River in the region; the location of the Carrizo-Wilcox, Gulf Coast and Yegua-Jackson aquifers in the region; and the locations of existing reservoirs and urban areas in the region.
