The map for Region H includes the counties of Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, and parts of Polk and Trinity. The map also includes the location of the Brazos, San Jacinto and Trinity rivers in the region; the location of the Brazos River Alluvium, Carrizo-Wilcox, Gulf Coast, Queen City, Sparta and Yegua-Jackson aquifers in the region; and the locations of existing reservoirs and urban areas in the region.
