The map for Region C includes the counties of Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Freestone, Grayson, Jack, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, Wise and part of Henderson. The map also includes the location of the Red and Trinity rivers in the region; the location of the Carrizo-Wilcox, Nacatoch, Queen City, Trinity and Woodbine aquifers in the region; and the locations of existing reservoirs and urban areas in the region.
