Exhibit 70 is a map that identifies the location of twelve economic regions in Texas.
These are High Plains, Northwest Texas, Metroplex, Upper East Texas, Southeast Texas, Gulf Coast, Central Texas, Capital, Alamo, South Texas, West Texas and Upper Rio Grande.
