Veterans Health Administration

Description: The Veterans Health Administration provides hospital, nursing home, domiciliary care, outpatient medical and dental care to eligible veterans. The agency also provides care in non-VA hospitals and community nursing homes and for non-VA outpatient treatment. In Texas, the VA operates 10 medical centers and 17 clinics.
