Exhibit 22-5
Transition to a Hydrogen Economy
The U.S. vision for the transition to a hydrogen economy is for a broad process that covers 40 years from the year 2000 to the year 2040. During that time there are distinct phases that move hydrogen technology from research to demonstration to widespread use. Included in the process are specific goals for technological improvements necessary for development of storage, distribution and use of hydrogen as a fuel.
