Exhibit 21-2

Potential Geothermal Energy Production Regions

Texas has five areas with good geothermal power potential: two in West Texas, the Trans Pecos region and the Delaware and Val Verde Basins (both basins in one region); the Texas Anadarko Ardmore Basins on the eastern side of the Panhandle; the wide swath of the Geopressured Gulf Coast region which stretches along the entire Texas coast; and the semi-circular area curving out from the east Texas border called the East Texas Hot Dry Rock and Geopressured Area.
