Exhibit 11-11

Wind Noise Measurements (In Decibels)

At a distance of 750 to 1,000 feet, a modern wind farm is said to produce about as much noise as a kitchen refrigerator. Wind noise measurements (in decibels) reveal that there is more noise made in an office and inside a car than that by a modern wind farm.
