Print Services

The Strategic Sourcing Division and Council on Competitive Government have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Print Services. The purpose of the RFP is to establish a multi-year Contract with Prequalified Vendors(s) to provide a variety of Print Services including, but not limited to, specialty printing, graphic related printing, heat set web printing, and print on demand.

The contract will serve as a supplementary resource in addition to the State Print Shop program. Agencies will be able to issue Pricing Requests to prequalified vendors only after the State Print Shops have been given the first opportunity to bid through the current print process and elected not to bid.

The expansion of print services will allow units of higher education, local governments, and assistance programs to utilize the prequalified vendor pool and benefit from competitive rates across the state.

The RFP was issued on May 15, 2014. The final contract award(s) is scheduled for July 2014.
