A. Items 2--6 are for evaluation purposes only. There is no guarantee that any quantity of Items 2--6 will be purchased; however, there figures will be used in the determination of the Low Bidder as Evaluated in Attachment Six (or VIA should a Mock-up be requested.) Specifically: Item 1 will be awarded to the low total bidder for Items 1--4, Items 5 and 6 will be awarded on a low total basis.

B. Agency shall be responsible for all power pole connections to building electricity where required. Agency shall be responsible for the removal of all non-component furniture and equipment from installation site in accordance with the agency approved installation schedule.

C. See attached Schedule 1 for initial installation requirements.

D. The price will be in accordance with the attached terms and conditions. The bidder, by providing prices and percentages in no way shall be relieved form legibly and completely filling out all attached forms, documents and providing all information requested in the attached bid package.

  1. Note to Agencies: This number will vary according to the retail price for the typical workstation drawn to meet your needs. However, the total price of "A" must be under $100,000.00 and the total price of "B" must be over $100,000.00 regardless of the number of workstations used.
  1. Note to Bidders: For Item numbers 1, 2, and 3 above, theses workstations may be bid in clusters of 3 or 4 or as single workstations. Bidders are to use their best judgment as to which combination of clusters (3 or 4 or 1) will provide the most advantageous price for their products. Clusters other than 3 or 4 or single stations are unacceptable. To allow verification of pricing, bidders shall provide a piece and/or part count for each arrangement bid in the format provided in Attachment Five (5). Example: One worksheet for your cluster of 3; one worksheet for your single workstation.

PRICING OR DESIGN SERVICES ON INSTALLATIONS OF NEW PRODUCT OTHER THAN INITIAL INSTALLATION.
