These tables display the in-state and out-of-state rates for the six car types on contract.
Effective December 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012, Avis is including their Budget brand locations and cars and Enterprise is including their National brand locations and cars at the same established rates.

Please view the Avis Contract Exceptions and Surcharges (PDF) for a list of these locations. If SOT renters choose to rent from one of these locations they are advised to elect the appropriate coverages to mitigate any financial risk to themselves and their employing entities.
** *Enterprise does not impose a surcharge on rentals originating OFF AIRPORT. With the exceptions of the Enterprise Airport Location Surcharges provided below, the prevailing surcharge that Enterprise imposes at AIRPORT locations is $9 per day. Enterprise does not impose a surcharge on large SUV's.
