** Avis has Licensee locations in Texas and throughout the U.S. that do not honor our SOT contract in whole. Please select the "Avis Contract Exceptions" link below for a list of these locations. If SOT renters choose to rent from one of these locations they are advised to elect the appropriate coverages to mitigate any financial risk to themselves and their employing entities.
*** Enterprise does not impose a surcharge on rentals originating OFF AIRPORT. With the exceptions of those cities listed below, the prevailing surcharge that Enterprise imposes at AIRPORT locations is $9 per day (the rates above reflect that surcharge). Enterprise does not impose a surcharge on large SUV's. (Enterprise rates for rentals originating OFF AIRPORT are the same rates for locations in TEXAS listed above.)
