Texas Comptroller Susan Combs Releases New School Ratings

Comptroller Susan Combs (at right) presented a Texas Honors Circle Certificate to Mesquite ISD Superintendent Linda Henrie on Sept. 15, 2011. Mesquite was rated as a 5-Star district for the second consecutive year in the updated Financial Allocation Study of Texas (FAST).
