We are pleased to submit the Annual Financial Report for the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Comptroller’s Judiciary Section, the Texas Safekeeping Trust Company and the State Energy Conservation Office for the year ending Aug. 31, 2012, in compliance with TEX. GOV’T CODE ANN §2101.011 and in accordance with the requirements established by the Comptroller.
